Villoux StaffThe Villoux Server System's staff is divided into six divisions - the Baskerville Cabinet, the Discord Operation Department, the System Art Design Department, the System Coding Department, the System Press Department, and the TeamSpeak Operation Department.

Baskerville Cabinet The Baskerville Cabinet is comprised of ten Baskerville Assistants, ten Baskerville Advisors, their respective Managers, and is overseen by the Executive Baskerville Assistant. The role of the Baskerville Assistants are to aid the Villoux Chief of Staff, Dr. Baskerville in any way possible. Their duties include, but are not limited to, assisting Dr. Baskerville move users on TeamSpeak, representing Dr. Baskerville in public channels, and providing other general support to Dr. Baskerville. The Baskerville Advisors, however, work on advising Dr. Baskerville in situations that dictate advice. The Assistant Manager and the Advisor Manager work on hiring, administrating, and demoting their respective staff. If you are interested in becoming a Baskerville Assistant, you must contact the Assistant Manager and present them with a letter of recommendation from your respective Department Chairman. The Assistant Manager will then reply to your application promptly. Whereas you may apply to become an Assistant, the Advisor position is an appointed one. Executive Baskerville Assistant - 🇨🇦 Peekatchu Discord Operation Department The Discord Operation Department is responsible for maintaining order on Villoux's Discord server, and is responsible for handling user's issues. Discord Operators directly aid users with filing complaints and work to resolve user conflicts. If you are ever in need of assistance on our Discord server, please contact a member of the Discord Operation Department.
To apply to become a Discord Operator, contact the Executive Discord Operator or the Discord Operative Manager, and inform them you wish to take the Discord Operator test. The test is comprised of twenty questions that test your general knowledge of how to use the Discord Ordinance. You can use the ordinance during the test, but only have one minute to answer each question. In order to pass the test, you must score at least 80% correct. Execute Discord Operator - 🇺🇸 Wrench System Art Design Department System Art Designers are responsible for creating TeamSpeak channel banners and badges, website graphics and layouts, social media graphics, Realm of the Mad God sprites, YouTube channel layouts and banners, Discord icons, and other generic artwork. Osu! Badge Artists are responsible for creating the Osu! profile badges awarded to the winners of Villoux’s Osu! tournaments. The Osu! Badge Manager is responsible for the concept work for the badges the Osu! Badge Artists create and for coordinating their work with the Osu! Department Chairman.
System Art Designer - 🇺🇸 Cronus System Coding Department
Villoux's System Coding Department is responsible for maintaining server files for Realm of the Mad God, Team Fortress 2, and Minecraft servers, maintaining Villoux's website and email servers, and other generic coding work. Some System Coders are recognized based on their respective server assignment; those Coders are referred to as "Developers" for their assigned server.
Executive System Coder - 🇲🇽 Jibram System Press Department
````` Villoux's System Press Department is responsible for advertising all of Villoux's servers, guilds/clans, and tournaments. System Press Officers attend Press Meetings, which are held about twice a week, in which they work on devising attractive posts for various forums to represent Villoux to exterior communities and invite individuals to become Villoux users. The Press Department also uses social-media sites such as Facebook, Twitch, YouTube to outreach current and prospective Villoux users. The individuals that work with Villoux's social-media are System Commercialists. The Press Department also oversees the system's radio program, Radio Villoux. Radio Villoux DJ's are responsible for playing music in the Radio Villoux voice channel on Villoux's Discord Server the first Friday night and the last Friday night of every month from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM CST.
